All day long sessions include lunch, beverages and snacks. If you have special dietary considerations, please feel free to bring your own lunch.

Cancel Policy:
In the event of a cancellation you may also send a substitute from your practice. Due to limited number of spaces available requests for full refunds will be honored only if received at least 30 calendar days prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the course onset. All requests must be recieved in writting. In the unlikely event that a program is cancelled due to weather or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, Ohio Veterinary Dental Service (OVDS) will fully refund registration fees.
Ohio Veterinary Dental Service(OVDS) reserves the right to revise program presentations or to cancel programs if registration is not met. A course may be cancelled if conditions beyond their control, resulting in a limited liabilty of registration fees only. If such a situation occurs, OVDS is not responsible for reimbursement for travel or lodging expenses.
